Over the past few months we have focused on ways to improve our bodies wellness. We blogged about self-care, hydration & fitness. "Cultivate Your Body" was our way to bring all these wonderful enriching wellness ideas to life.
We started the evening with a Yoga Warm-Up , led by our Team Thrive member Katie Hardin, LMT/CYT. Her music playlist and her radiating energy was just what we needed to get us ready for a night of wellness.
Sandi Koch, OTR/L, RTY & RobynneKnight, LAC taught "Restorative Yoga & Acupuncture" it allowed our bodies to reach meditative state of wellness. Then our minds were educated by Dr. Allison Scholes, DC, teaching us about our "Nervous System & Health." We ended the night learning about "Elizabeth Essentials" from the founder Elizabeth Ann Bloom, D.H.M.
We had a great group and everyone participated with an open heart. We surprised everyone with Swag bags and prizes were given away. It was a truly a night of Health & Wellness. Please join us next year and become apart of Team Thrive!
