May was all about showing our Thrive members the importance of an active lifestyle. Every Friday we posted a work out video taught by our very own Dr. Allison Scholes, DC. We also sent out the videos via email with a workout plan. The plan broke down each exercise and offered modifications, so that our Thrive members of any fitness level could participate.
