March 4TH into Self-Care

Ever feel that our days are fully packed? From taking the kids to soccer practice, cooking dinner & finding time to sleep. Through all the craziness we forget to provide our body with our basic needs like sleep, water , adequate nutrition, and movement. Self-Care has become a popular topic, but in reality we forget to find the time to care for our body the way it deserves. During the month of March we offered self-care suggestions for our Thrive members. Here are a few we would like to share with you!
*Schedule an exercise into your day, working out helps to release endorphins, increasing your mood and decreasing your pain. Work hard because you'll see results that aren't just physical!
*Get a chiropractic adjustment, it stimulates the brain.
*Yoga and Chiropractic go hand in hand. Both promote wellness and a state of health. Both promote strengthening joints and restoring normal ligament function. Both work to prevent future injury.
*Take a walk outside, and enjoy the benefits of Vitamin D.
